Residents – please be considerate of your neighbors when using loud equipment like leaf blowers. Electric blowers are preferable to gas (less noisy), try to limit the number of times you perform this task, and keep it to daytime hours.

Also, please keep your music down at night and even during the day, please be respectful of your neighbors. Remember, we all have the right to peaceful enjoyment of our properties.
