How much are the dues at Shorecrest? $270 per year or $22.50 per month.
What the dues pay for? Maintenance of common areas, including pool, clubhouse and other ammenities.
When was the last special assesment? Clubhouse roof was replaced in 2022.
May we have an RV on our property? Yes, pease read the rules and regulations below for specifics.
What kind of animals are allowed? Dogs, cats, and some small animals. See the rules and regulations below.
May we have chickens? Yes, no roosters or peafowl.
How many guests may we have at the pool? Three registered guests per property, additional guests are $2 per swim.
Do you allow swimming at the pool if we are non- residents? No, unless you are the registered guests of residents.
We love dogs! But the Leash Law is always in effect!
