Architecture Committee –The Board of Directors of the Shorecrest Beach Club established the Architecture Committee by Resolution dated February 9, 2010. The Architecture Committee consists of Board members and residents. The Architecture Committee meets once each month on the Tuesday preceding the regular meeting of the Board of Directors. The Committee is authorized to consider facts and evidence and render final and binding enforcement decisions. Any member affected by a decision of the Architectural Committee may appeal to the Hearing Committee (Article VI) or to the Board (Article II, A).
Compliance Officer – The Compliance Officer supports the Board of Directors and the Architecture Committee in the administration and enforcement of the Shorecrest Beach Club’s Bylaws, Policies, Rules & Regulations and other applicable Homeowner Association requirements. The Compliance Officer serves as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters and complaints, including, but not limited to, housing and property-use matters; land-use concerns; nuisance abatement; trash and refuse; junk or abandoned vehicles; and other alleged violations of HOA governing documents.
