Dog Owners Be Aware

Please keep your dogs contained or on a leash! If you need help with solutions ask at the office.

Residents are encouraged to report violations to the authorities to help prevent future incidents.

The current spawned out salmon that are common on our beaches are heavily infected with a bacteria carried by Fuke flatworms, if a dog comes in contact by biting or licking it, they contract a serious condition that is often fatal if not treated right away.

One of our residents had one dog die last year and another required hospitalization for a week.
